"Half demon" is what those stupid humans and demons who look down on him and don't know him well called Inuyasha. That pissed him off and made him want to become a full fledged demon like his cool daddy,Inytaisho. I could understand the pressure that he felt. He was rejected and humiliated by those people plus his hot bro, Sesshomara-sama55. Fortunately, There was still someone who truly love him, cry for him and shed tears for him. Not to mention Kikyo, she's the odd one out(sorry, I just prefer Kagome).It's Kagome, of course! Since she once said "there's nothing wrong being just the way you are. I love you as a half demon" which is in the film, the castle beyond the looking glass. In Kagome's time, he was called a biracial by her friends. They thought he was cool and awesome, and not even got scared when they saw his dog-liked ears. This was not the thing she expected to be , so it was a relief for her. People who live in the different time do see things differently, I guess. Having the ears like Inuyasha is cute,you know!
"Two Timer";I can't remember who called him this(might be his comrades,Songo or Miroku or Shippo) but I absolutely agree with it! He saw two girls at the same time, one is dead and another(who was actually the 1st one's reincarnation) is alive. As you can see that Kagome was always upset when Inuyasha went to see Kikyo and all she could do just tell him to sit!555 I think he was confused about the feelings he felt for these two ladies. He didn't love Kikyo more than Kagome. He just felt guilty and sorry for her. Sometimes he irritates me by not being brave enough to show his feeling for Kagome, remember when he had to sneak to the well and tried not to have anybody notice it. He never say he loved her, not even once (Koga said it many many times and ancestor Hojo declared his love for Kagome in front of everyone too). He didn't know how to treat the girl right! Kagome even had to push him to say that he felt like seeing her!(Kagome's litlle brother, Sota, said he was selfish too). He should go and ask the master of womanizing, Miroku for advice! I'm totally happy when he said he was born to meet Kagome in the Final Act. They kissed but only in the anime not in the manga. I would dump Inuyasha really if I were Kagome. Sad enough that she was so deeply in love with this two-timing scoundrel. She always the one who apologised and returned to him first. That stupid jerk just sit and did nothing - -" It's good to see Kikyo was finally set free from this world. I don't hate Kikyo but I find those episode which Kikyo didn't show up very delightful. I do understand her, and her feelings toward Inuyasha is obviously understandable. She just wanted to be with him even she had to drag him to hell with her! As you can see in the episode "Kagome's voice and Kikyo's kiss", Kagome was more important to him, so he didn't follow Kikyo to hell. It's bitter to see people suffer from pain and jealousy. This is a privilege of human being to have these kinds of feelings. But love can cure the heart that was hurt by love:D
"Dog face/mud" is what Koga called him. Why not? It's funny to hear! besides, he's a dog demon. I do love Inuyasha and Kagome's lovey dovey scenes but seeing Inuyasha fight over Kagome and get jealous is very entertaining too.LOL I'm not a saddist. I just can't help it, thanks to Koga! Inuyasha need somebody to whip him a little. He deserves to be in pain too! Always call others stupid, who the heck does he think he is! Bakaa!!!!
"Mr. Attitude" is what Kagome called him when discussing her love life with her friends. She couldn't properly tell them though that she had been seeing a stubborn and arrogant half-demon who always called others stupid. I think the reason is that Inuyasha always thought that he was needed by her and his comrades. He did save them sometimes but he almost forgot that they saved him too. Kagome had always been there for him and saved him with everything she's got. She even risked her own life and because of him, there was darkness in her heart(this was not normal for a miko who was so pure and had no evil mind like her). In the episode "wounded heart", when Kikyo's truly gone and Inuyasha was in grief(they talked about the past about Inuyasha had really wanted to become a human to live with her. He cried and got angry with himself because he couldn't save the first woman he's ever cared for) After that, Inuyasha and his comrades had to fight with a flower prince demon who could feel and consume people's sadness and gain power from it. He tied his preys and showed what made them happy then he drank their blood. That demon said that Inuyasha's heart was wounded deeply that the woman he loves the most died and he wanted to die just to follow her. I could imagine how sad and painful Kagome felt that time. It's not fair that you can't even defeat a dead person! That demon didn't sensed her feeling because she had Miroku's rosary. That's why she still felt sad. She didn't give up on Inuyasha and help him out from his sweet dream which was killing him. In order to save him, she fired her arrow attached with that rosary and lost the protection. The demon sensed her feeling and he said that her heart was more wounded that Inuyasha and the cause of her pain was....Before the demon finished it, Kagome got up and shut his mouth with her arrow. I want that demon to finish the line really. I guess what the demon was going to say is Inuyasha caused her pain! But Inuyasha did realise it at the end that he wasn't the one hurt and said sorry to Kagome about him being selfish, that he didn't consider her feelings. Still she insisted to stay by his side (he was so cruel at that time when he said he too was glad that she was by his side)and rationally accepted the truth that Inuyasha had chosen Kikyo over her. How sad:(
Inuyasha wielded the inherited sword called Tetsuseiga, the sword of destruction or death. When he used it properly(it requires the heart of wanting to protect the others), it transformed from a regular or used katana into a deadly weapon which killed 100 demons in one swing. That's pretty cool,huh! My favourite special attack is Wind Scar and Backlash Wave(the ultimate Technique) because these two names sound nice to me,hehe. I mean they don't sound hilarious or too weird:) Remember at the play and dried-up demons walked around the school, Hojo(as Pierre in the play) challenged Inuyasha(as Pakkapon) to a duel(they were going to fight over Kagome...again!), not knowing that he got only a plastic sword againt the real almighty sword, Tetsuseiga. Lucky for Hojo that a watermelon-like demon showed up and Inuyasha wanted to showed off in front of his woman, Kagome(it's really meaningful to be someone's woman, you know!) by using a huge blow of Wind Scar just to kill a little poor demon. He could just "Iron Reaver, Soul Stealer"( love this, baby!:D) it! It's so funny when Kagome(as Lady Escargo) said "It's a little overkill, don't you think?". This episode is a must watch! It got me rolling on the floor laughing my ass off!555
Another half demon I should also mention is Naraku or Unigumo. He was once human but he let demons consume him to gain power since he got badly injured and couldn't do anything. He seemed to be a very bad guy, but in the end I really feel sorry for him. He tried to collect all the sacred jewel shards because he thought it would grant him his wish. Sad enough that it didn't grant him his true wish and even made its own wish become his. It wanted an eternal spiritual fight between demons and mikos to go on forever. Naraku didn't want to destroy everything nor kill anyone. His wish was a humble one like Kagome said, he wished for Kikyo's heart;). That makes him become a tragic character eventually.
